1Acceptance of Agreement
By using Argo, provided by Quantumize AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the application immediately.
2Use of AI and Content
Argo uses the Gemini AI model. You acknowledge that AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and may not always be accurate or appropriate for all business legalities.
You assume full responsibility for the use of any content generated through the platform.
3Data and Integrations
You authorize Argo to access and process data from your connected third-party systems.
While we use Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for secure hosting, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your own third-party credentials and API keys.
4Fees and Payment
- Subscription fees are billed via Stripe.
- All prices are in CAD and are subject to applicable taxes (GST/QST).
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis unless otherwise required by Quebec consumer protection laws.
5Limitation of Liability
Quantumize AI's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the 12 months prior to the claim.
6Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montreal, Quebec.
